Team Practice Drills
Coach Anderson wastes no time in jumping right into the drills that have helped him develop fast playing teams. The UCLA drill is great at getting players adept at handling pressure, finding the open man and playing fast. It starts with an advantage three on two with an extra defender trailing the play. Once a score happens the defensive team applies pressure up to half court.
Next, Anderson builds up his players offensive efficiency and reads with the Rush drills. Beginning with one-on-one building to 5 on 5, players develop the skills to play fast and make reads at game speed. You will also get whole group drills designed to teach players how to score quickly, how to protect the ball and how to closeout.
Shooting Drills
The next segment involves different shooting drills that have a time and score. In all you will get seven shooting drills that will not only inform you, but your players, on their range and best shooting spots.
Take your team to the next level and create competitors!
